The Indianapolis Colts have won an NFL-record 22 straight regular season games dating back to last year and they have clinched the AFC’s top spot and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
So what do they have to play for on Thursday whey they travel to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars (8:20 p.m. ET, NFL Network)? The Colts are still unbeaten, but is a perfect record enough motivation for Indianapolis?

The Colts beat Jacksonville 14-12 in the season opener as Manning threw for 301 yards and a TD. The Jacksonville defense has been weak against the pass, allowing 239.5 yards per game.
For Jacksonville to win this game they will need a big game out of running back Maurice Jones-Drew. When he rushes for at least 76 yards they are 6-2 this season. The Colts are allowing 119.7 yards on the ground in the last three games.
